The project was named “La Ginestra” after the plant called la ginestra, which abundantly grows in that area.

The construction plan is phased. The project is scheduled to start in January 2024. The first phase will be completed by the May 2025, and the entire project is expected to be completed by the beginning of 2026.

The estimated total value of the project is 35,000,000.00 euros.

Residents will have access to a shared swimming pool, while children will have a separate pool and playground. The central building will house a fitness center, which will be freely available to the residents. Each apartment will have the right to two parking spaces in the underground garage. Additionally, there will be a restaurant in the central building.

This project offers single-story and duplex apartments. There are one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. All ground-floor apartments have their own garden area.

The location of the project was chosen to be close to the city and beaches while still providing a sense of peace and privacy. Safety is also a priority, with security guards monitoring the entrances and exits of the resort.

Currently, apartments can be reserved by paying a reservation fee of 15,000 euros. Once the building permit is obtained, a preliminary contract (predugovor) will be signed, and the payment will be made in installments according to the construction phases.
